Our timelessly elegant women's long-sleeved UV protection dress with its pretty Wild Meadow pattern not only provides excellent sun protection (maximum UPF 50+ certification), but also exceptional comfort.

The sleeves of our UV protection dress are distinguished and flowing. They have an elastic band at the wrist so you can roll them up and adjust your style to suit your mood. The size of the dress can be adjusted by means of a drawstring, depending on what you want and how you want it to look. It opens at the collar so you can choose your desired coverage and neckline.

Made from light, silky fabric, it feels cool and comfortable, even in hot weather.

What does UPF 50+ mean?

This product is UPF 50+ certified.

UPF stands for Ultraviolet Protection Factor. It is an index measuring the ability of a fabric or material to filter out ultraviolet rays. The UPF 50+ index is the highest UV protection certification, according to European standard EN 13758-1. An UV protective garment with UPF 50+ certification blocks over 98% of UV rays, protecting your skin from possible burns and lesions.

By way of comparison, a cotton summer t-shirt often has a protection factor of around UPF 5. This means that 20% of UV rays pass through the fabric, which is a lot for someone who has to stay out of the sun or is exposed to it for long periods of time.

At KER SUN, your safety is our priority. That is why we use our own laboratory to test the UV clothing and accessories we offer on our online shop to make sure they comply with UPF 50+ certification.

How long does delivery take?

We ship with FedEx. Packages usually take around 5 business days to be delivered. It might take a few days more.

Can I check my order status and track my shipment?

Your tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been dispatched and you will be able to track your order online. 

Where are your products sent from?

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in France. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (French Time) and delivered on working days.

Do I have to pay any extra?

Our prices include all taxes and duties. You won’t have to pay any extra.

Returns

Conditions

The following conditions must be met:

Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and in their original packaging. If this is not the case, the item(s) will not be accepted. 

Refunds

A full refund of the products returned will be credited back to your original payment method. The refund will be processed as soon as we receive your parcel, but please allow 2-5 business days for your account to be credited.

We do not refund any transport costs paid.

How to return?

Customers in the US:

To make your return, take your order number (in the subject line of the order confirmation e-mail), your e-mail address and your zip code and enter them on this portal: https://kersun.ezireturns.com/ then follow the instructions.

You can choose the USPS Ground option and enter your address to see nearby USPS locations.

The cost of return is fixed and limited to USD$9.

If no USPS locations are displayed when creating a label, this may mean that there is no drop-off location available within a 15 to 20 km radius of the address indicated. In this case, we recommend that you use the Self Post option (free of charge). You must then print the Self Post Label and Return Form and the cost of delivery is at your charge.

Can I make an exchange?

To make an exchange, you must place a new order. Ker Sun will cover the shipping cost of the exchange. Just email us to get the discount code or to get the refund if you have already paid for it online.
