Returns

We will issue a full refund for all returned products that meet the eligibility conditions below.

For returns from the U.S., the shipping label costs $9.

• Returned items must be in new condition with labels still attached
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

Two return options:

• USPS Ground – Find the nearest drop-off locations.
• Self Post – If no USPS drop-off locations appear (meaning none are within 10-15 miles of your address), choose this option. Generating the label is free, but you are responsible for shipping costs.

To make an exchange, simply make a return and place a new order for the item you want.

Ker Sun will cover the shipping cost of the exchange. Just email us to get the discount code or to get the refund if you have already paid for it online.

Once we receive your return, please allow 7 business days for processing.
