Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

1. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
2. Item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and in their original packaging. Returns that don’t meet these conditions will not be accepted.
3. All exchanges are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Once we receive your return, please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

How to return?

• Submit your return or exchange request through our Returns Portal.
• Return shipping is $9 (paid by the customer).
• If exchanging, Ker Sun covers the shipping cost of the new item.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, you must place a new order. Ker Sun will cover the shipping cost—just email us for a discount code or a refund if you have already paid for shipping.
