Conforme à mon attente j'en suis satisfaite

Helaas niet passend

Goedendag, ik wil graag alledrie de producten terugsturen, maar ik weet niet hoe, omdat er geen retourbon bij zit. De pet is toch te groot, het t-shirt was een maat te klein besteld (daar is ook contact over geweest dat ik het kosteloos kon terugsturen) en de jurk is niet mijn model. Hoe graag ik dus ook UV-beschermende kleding wil dragen, ik moet helaas alledrie de producten terugsturen. Kunt u mij helpen hoe ik dit moet doen?
