Returns

We will fully refund all returned products if they meet the eligibility conditions below.

For returns from the United States, the shipping label costs $9.

Eligibility conditions of returns for full refund:

1 - Returned items must be in new condition with labels still attached

2 - You must have received the order less than 15 days ago to request a return.

Extended return period for the holidays: you have until january 15 2025, to submit your return request.

To make your return, take your order number (in the subject line of the order confirmation e-mail), your e-mail address and your zip code and enter them on the portal. Then follow the instructions.

You can choose the USPS Ground option and enter your address to see nearby USPS locations.

If no USPS locations are displayed when creating a label, this may mean that there is no drop-off location available within a 15 to 20 km radius of the address indicated. In this case, we recommend that you use the Self Post option (free of charge). You must then print the Self Post Label and Return Form and the cost of delivery is at your charge.

To make an exchange, simply make a return and place a new order for the item you want.

Ker Sun will cover the shipping cost of the exchange. Just email us to get the discount code or to get the refund if you have already paid for it online.

Once the parcel has been received at our premises, please allow 7 working days for your return to be processed.

We will fully refund all returned products.

If shipping costs were paid at the time of ordering, they will not be refunded.
