Description
These UV swimming leggings for boys and girls, certified UPF 50+ (maximum certification in Europe), will effectively protect your child's legs from the sun's rays, both in and out of the water.

It's so practical, you'll never have to put sun cream on your child's legs again after every swim! What's more, the stretchy UV fabric makes it easy to put on your child, and the mini waistband ensures a snug fit.

These UV leggings can be matched with a child's UV swim shirt, and can even be worn under a dress or shorts to protect your child from the sun during all outdoor activities.

What does UPF 50+ mean?

This product is UPF 50+ certified.

UPF stands for Ultraviolet Protection Factor. It is an index measuring the ability of a fabric or material to filter out ultraviolet rays. The UPF 50+ index is the highest UV protection certification, according to European standard EN 13758-1. An UV protective garment with UPF 50+ certification blocks over 98% of UV rays, protecting your skin from possible burns and lesions.

By way of comparison, a cotton summer t-shirt often has a protection factor of around UPF 5. This means that 20% of UV rays pass through the fabric, which is a lot for someone who has to stay out of the sun or is exposed to it for long periods of time.

Leider ist mein Kind damit auf einen Baum geklettert und es ist sofort ein kleines Loch entstanden. Aber im Meer hat es super gehalten, sind sehr zufrieden.

Fantástico para dermatitis atópica

Es una prenda imprescindible para poder llevar a niños con dermatitis atópica severa a la playa y que disfruten sin peligro. Y el color naranja, precioso, hace que los niños quieran ponérselo.
Es muy difícil encontrar esta prenda para niños, y que no sea negra, así que bravo! Gracias por venderlo, y os animo a seguir haciendo más y de más colores bonitos para niños.
