RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We will fully refund all returned products if they meet the eligibility conditions below.

Returns from Sweden are free of charge.

Eligibility conditions of returns for full refund :

1 - Returned items must be in new condition with labels still attached

2 - You must have received the order less than 15 days ago to request a return

To make an exchange, simply make a return and place a new order for the item you want.

Once the parcel has been received at our premises, please allow 7 working days for your return to be processed.

Once the return has been validated according to our conditions of eligibility, we will initiate the refund.

Please note :

If shipping costs were paid at the time of ordering, they will not be refunded.

If return transport costs are paid because you make your return without downloading one of our labels, these will not be refunded.
