The 24 working hours of order preparation time are taken into account in the time estimates below:
UE Zone 1: Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia
- Standard Home Delivery - 4 to 7 working days: Free for orders over €150 (otherwise €9.90)
- Express Home Delivery (DPD) - 2 to 3 working days: €19.90
UE Zone 2: Finland, Ireland, Poland
- Standard Home Delivery (FedEx) - 2 to 4 working days: Free for orders over €150 (otherwise €9.90)
UE Zone 3: Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Romania
- Standard Home Delivery (FedEx) - 2 to 4 working days: €45
Cyprus, Malta
- Standard Home Delivery - 2 to 4 working days: Free for orders over €200 (otherwise €15)
Portugal
- Standard Home Delivery (DPD) - 2 to 4 working days: Free for orders over €150 (otherwise €6.90)
- Express Home Delivery (DPD) - 2 working days: €14.90

Returns
For European Union countries, you have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return for any unused and unworn item. Ker Sun fully refunds returned items.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility (free of charge for France, Monaco, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Sweden, Danemark, Spain, Italy, Germany, Austria)
If you would like to make an exchange, Ker Sun invites you to return the item and place a new order.
