Returns

We will fully refund all returned products if they meet the eligibility conditions below.

Returns from Denmark are free of charge.

1 - Returned items must be in new condition with labels still attached

2 - You must have received the order less than 15 days ago to request a return.

Extended return period for the holidays: you have until january 15 2025, to submit your return request.

To make an exchange, simply make a return and place a new order for the item you want.

Once the parcel has been received at our premises, please allow 7 working days for your return to be processed.

We will fully refund all returned products.

If shipping costs were paid at the time of ordering, they will not be refunded.

For countries eligible for free returns, if return transport costs are paid because you make your return without downloading one of our labels, these will not be refunded.
